The Karma Clearing Process of Energy Enhancement Meditation including the Kundalini Kriyas + Alchemy

mood enhancement
The Karma Clearing Process begins with the removal of all Energy Blockages from the energetic system of a human being. Wilhelm Reich called it the Emotional Armor. These are the little stiffnesses which cause us so much pain in massage. Energy Blockages exist in the mental, emotional and physical bodies… Even in the spiritual bodies.

Energy Blockages split us so as we remove them through advanced and effective meditation techniques so we become more integrated, more solid.

Removing energy blockages from our spiritual bodies will allow us to access our hearts and our conscience, it will allow us to access our soul, our soul path in life, without which life has no meaning.

Removing energy blockages from the mind, the mental body, allows more energy to flow, we become more brilliant. Our minds become clear, our IQ increases and more.. We obtain the power of persistence which enables us to accomplish anything!

Removing energy blockages from the emotions allows more energy to flow, we become more stable. Our emotions become clear, our emotional IQ increases and more.. We obtain the power of having only positive emotions which enables us to radiate love, the energy of change and to access the will!

Removing energy blockages from the body allows more energy to flow, we become more energetic. Our bodies become clear of disease and pain, our energy increases and more.. We obtain the power of flexibility and strength which enables us to live longer and with more pleasure, more quality of life!

And what is that uneasiness within? Just what is that tension which we find inside?

It is pure spiritual energy which has somehow become ********* by painful traumatic experience. It is energy which has been transmuted by some painful experience into pain, that encapsulated pain which we hold inside us or absorb from people and places on this planet. It is energy blockages which makes us feel uneasy and tense.

All the pain caused negative energy blockages which we hold inside are called the selfish competitive ego.

And because we all have been painfully perverting this pure spiritual energy into encapsulated negative energy or energy blockages for thousands of years, this world is filled with that ********* negative energy as energy blockages which we absorb from everything and everyone around us.

It is that pain and tension inside, those energy blockages which causes us to do all the bad things in this world. It is that pain and tension inside, those energy blockages which causes all the bad things in this world to happen to us, we call the bad things, all the bad luck to us. We are accidents waiting to happen. This is karma.

Body stiffness, niggles and pain cause Illness and disease.

Negative emotions, mood swings, wrong thinking, jealousy, prejudice, hatred, anger, fear are all caused ********* spiritual energy encapsulated as energy blockages. The “Mind filled manacles of fear” as said Blake.

Splitnesses in the mind, blocked minds, unclear and plain wrong thinking. Heartless mind solutions caused by selfishly wanting to gain something to the detriment of someone else, the “final solution” of ****** for example. If we have a lot of these negative energy blockages within ourselves it will cause us to give up easily, a lack of energy, a lack of goodness and heart and soul.

It will cause us to lose our trust and our faith in the essential goodness of people and our teachers. We will project all our negativity onto them and begin to see them through the dark glasses of our negative experiences. Through the darkness of the negative energy which we hold inside.

We create this negative energy inside. And as we evolve we gain the ability to absorb more of this negativity from the people around us and from our surroundings. We gain the power to hold on to more of this negativity without being affected by it. However, the straw that broke the camels back always comes. At this point we become open to wanting to know how to remove and transmute energy blockages. How to change negative energy into pure positive spiritual energy again.

When we enter into the Buddhafield of Energy which surrounds the enlightened we start to feel and lose this Negative energy from inside us. These are the symptoms of Kundalini energy usually.

Because an enlightened master has the ability radiate pure positive spiritual energy as well as to absorb and transmute this negative energy back into pure spiritual energy, a spiral of transmutation, a column of pure transmutation, the Buddhafield, surrounds him and enters into his surroundings.

As you people upon the verge of enlightenment walk around, as well as creating your own negative energy, you absorb likewise the negative energies of people and places. The symptoms of this are your illnesses, your negative emotions of anger and fear, your mood swings and your feelings of negativity.

The only difference between you people on the verge of enlightenment and a master is that a master knows how to transmute the energy he absorbs. And thus he is surrounded by peace and harmony instead of more and more pain and negativity..

He does not curse the darkness. Instead he lights a candle.

The only difference between you and a master is that a master knows how to teach you how to transmute this negative energy into harmonious spiritual energy, and thus place you on the path of peace and harmony, the path of enlightenment itself.

He only needs to teach you how to look at the negative energy. He only needs to teach you how to see it and deal with it. Because anything else is painful. And will cause you to do more painful things. Because this negative energy is Karma itself.

THUS THE KARMA CLEARING PROCESS, THE SOURCE OF ALL TRUE FORGIVENESS.

Spiritual masters are not affected by Karma and indeed have no Karma. Because they have the psychic ability to transmute all karma into pure spiritual energy. And this pure spiritual energy builds up in them and is added to by their masters when they die. So that they are rich because they have a large bank balance of Pure positive spiritual energy to spend on their students. This is called Positive karma.

Because the first stage is the access to purity by transmuting all the pain, which travels with us from lifetime to lifetime and grows more and more each lifetime because like calls to like, inside. To he that has, more will be given, said the Christ.

So we need to learn how to go against this law of the gaining of karma and negative energy and energy blockages by understanding and using the grounding of negative energies, the Third Initiation of Energy Enhancement.

And then the second part comes. Once we have transmuted this negativity inside to a certain degree, it then becomes possible to absorb more positive spiritual energy from the masters bank balance.

The Master can send it to you with a glance. We absorb energy from the Master. The Hindus call it the Uppadesa or the Initiation of the Master, and it is said to come by glance, by touch, or in silence.

Until we learn how to do it for ourselves from the Universe.

And once you start transmuting negative energy by using the techniques of Energy Enhancement every day. Once you start to access your inner purity… To he that has not, it will all be taken away, said the Christ. Yes, all the negativity will be taken away.

And this is the Real Initiation or in the Zen Phrase, Satori. And after many Satoris, you then eventually become in the Hindu Phrase, Twice Born, in the Sufi Phrase, a Made Man, You have made your Bones.

PEACEFUL. HARMONIOUS. ENLIGHTENED.

All with a glance. All with learning how to open our eyes. All with the gaining of Psychic Vision.

You are the people who have no other choice but to absorb negativity and die, or learn how to transmute it and learn how to Live. Because this knowledge is more important than life and death. It is for those of you who want to attain a Soul.

Start your Karma Cleaning Process by learning how to meditate and then speed it up with the advanced techniques of Energy Enhancement based upon ancient effective techniques of Taoism, The Kundalini Kriyas, The five elemental circulations of the Qi of Chinese Alchemical Taoism, The Guided Meditation of the Emerald tablet of Hermes Trismegistus encapsulated in VITRIOL and more..

All You Need To Know About Depression Treatment

depression
Depression is a disease, a mental affliction. Getting the right depression treatment at the right time is vitally important. To someone suffering from depression, it is not only extremely stressful for the patient themselves but also people who are concern about them, especially their good friends and relatives.

Some symptoms of depression include mood swings, feelings of hopelessness, insomnia, suicidal thoughts, suicidal attempts, the frustration and helpless of not being able to snap out of it. Some other signs of depression include feeling of worthlessness, incapability to work (threatening to leave), inability to concentrate, inability to remember things, total detachment from favorite things, constant talk about afterlife, death, God, and so on. Basically, the earlier you notice the signs of depression, the easier it is to treat the depression.

Fortunately, doctors nowadays are well trained in depression related issues. They are well trained in giving enough information to the people out there about what is depression, its symptoms, how to avoid it and how it can be treated. In the old days, depression was associated with madness and mental instability. Such misunderstandings are minimized today. Today, people suffering from depression receive a more sympathetic viewpoint from other people and they are treated with dignity and care. You can get the correct depression treatment at any medical facility. The sufferer should only be able to recognize that he/she is not really feeling in control anymore and that aid is needed.

The best depression treatment is to identify the signs of depression as early as possible and find out the core reason that is causing the depression. The longer you wait, the worst the depression would get, and the longer it would take for the depression treatment to recover the condition. At early stage, depression treatment can be very effective. It also has a very fast recovery rate. Therefore, it does not seem smart to suffer and wait to snap out of your blues forever.

There are good amounts of anti-depressants and depression medications which can help ease depressive symptoms. Some drugs are to be taken with water and some are for chewing. Though there are number of anti-depressants and depression medications, the depression treatment will have to be customized as per individual condition. This is not like having fever, or a cold which has standard medicines and care. It takes special care and individual attention to ensure that the depression treatment given to the person actually works. Hence, no two depression cases may be alike, and no two depression treatments would be similar either. Depending on your condition, your doctor will be able to recommend the right medication for your particular type of depression, whether mild or severe.

Since the marketplace is full with anti depression medication, it is vital to note that never take over the counter anti depression pills/ medication. This is very risky and not meant to be experimented with. In case you take the incorrect medicines or in the wrong dosages, there can be enormous disasters. Always medicate yourself only after you consulted a medical doctor. Only the medical doctor will be able to advise you the correct dosage. I have known people who have taken this particular advice as a joke with very terrible consequences. Depression can lead to ******* if not checked in time. Hence, it is extremely imperative that it is rather prevented than cured.

Besides anti-depressants and depression medications, another alternative is to look for the cures which are natural based. This is because, in general, most of the anti depression medications have side effects. These side effects can be terrifying but most side effects will subside after a while. Inform your doctor about your side effects to find out if they are standard and keep a record of how long they last. If they persist for too long, you may have to either change your medication or reduce the dosage. Your doctor will be able to make that decision. Never make it on your own.

Besides taking chemical or natural anti depression medication, you should go for exercise, fresh air, and meditation. It is also true that one should be happy and proud with whatever God sends their way; high expectations are usually a very important trigger for depression.

The good news is that the amateur has understood that depression is a treatable and curable malady, just as the flu, which can and should be treated with the correct medicine and sometimes psychiatric treatment. This does not signify that the person is psychologically unstable or that he/she are on their way to become mad, as the belief was some decades ago.

Depression is treated with sympathy and care. Besides medication, meditation, yoga and positive thinking are other factors that help battle and treat depression time and again. Quality off-time and therapy sessions and anti-depressants also can bring you back from your blues; however, the best way to wrestle depression is regular relaxation of both mind and body.

Amazing Anxiety Disorder Phobia Relief Reveals The Truth - Live Free From Anxiety

anxiety
Anxiety disorder is capable of destroying your life if not treated immediately. Luckily it is possible to live free from anxiety for the remainder of your life.

Have you ever felt anxious about something for any reason? Or, feeling anxious or worried in the times of stressful situations? It is ok to feel what you feel as long as you have rational reasons to validate your feelings.

Anxiety is a normal response to any stressful event and it helps you deal with that situation. But, when anxiety becomes too much that it can affect your day to day activities and peace of mind, it becomes an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety disorder is excessive anxiety and worry about events or activities, which occurs most often than not in most days for at least six months. A person who has anxiety disorder finds it difficult to control the feelings of worry and fear.

The anxiety, worry, or the physical symptoms of anxiety disorder can cause considerable suffering or harm on the important areas of daily life activities. Some of the common types of anxiety disorders include separation anxiety, social anxiety or phobia, selective mutism, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PSTD), panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety disorder, and specific phobia.

Each of these anxiety disorders has different symptoms, but the entire symptoms revolve around excessive, unreasonable fear and dread.

Separation anxiety is defined as developmentally improper and excessive anxiety relating to separation from home or to someone you are so attached with. Social anxiety or phobia is generally understood as extreme fear in the face of social interaction.

Selective mutism is the consistent failure to speak in specific social situations where you are expected to render speech. OCD is an illness wherein you have recurrent and unwanted urge to do something to relieve your discomfort. PST is an incapacitating condition that follows a terrifying event (persistent terrifying thoughts).

Panic disorder is categorized as recurrent brief episodes of intense fear that are accompanied by many physical symptoms, like heart palpitations and dizziness, even without external threat. Agoraphobia is defined as an incapacitating fear of open spaces, resulting to avoidance of crowds, and open public places.

General anxiety disorder is described by diffuse feelings of apprehensions with physiological symptoms. Specific phobia is a feeling of intense, irrational fears towards certain things, like closed-in places, heights, water, etc.

If you think you have an anxiety disorder, the first person you should see is your family doctor. A physician can determine whether the symptoms that bother you are due either to anxiety disorder or other medical condition, or both.

If indeed you are diagnosed to have anxiety disorder, the next step you should do is definitely see a mental health professional whom you are comfortable talking with.

Clearly, in order for you to be treated for this condition, you and your doctor should work together as a team and make a plan to cure you from anxiety disorder. Don’t let this condition ruin your mood, activities, or your life in general.

Get immediate treatment the soonest possible time once you think that you might have an anxiety disorder. The sooner you get the treatment, the sooner you will feel better and be able to enjoy life to the full.

Knowing and Understanding the Different Types of Depression

depression
Learn how to differentiate between types of depression, signs, causes and treatment. This is the first step toward understanding depression, getting the appropriate treatment and taking that step.

Alcohol Depression

As the name implies, alcohol depression is the lows that follow periods of excessive drinking. Guilt, remorse, and shame play a huge part in this type of depression, and nothing short of a long period of sobriety can begin the alleviate it. With alcohol depression, the normal hangover is much more than not feeling well.

Anxiety Depression

Anxiety depression oftentimes is indicated by profuse sweating, shaky hands and voice. Persons suffering from anxiety disorder are generally pessimistic, always expecting the worse. They also tend to go through long periods of time where they are afraid to leave their homes or participate in social activities.

Bipolar Depression

This type of depression was formerly called manic depression. Bipolar depression occurs in cycles, hence the ‘bi’ in its name. Persons who are bipolar have changing periods of great sadness and immense joy.

Clinical Depression

This is when the depression reaches the stage where the person needs some sort of treatment. Clinical depression is a diagnosis and the result of the patient taking a depression quiz administered by a professional.

Major Depression

This type of depression is the most extreme. Almost all the symptoms of depression are exhibited. Major depression can occur suddenly or over time after a series of less intense depressive episodes. This is believed to be one of the most common types of depression.

Menopause and Depression

For many women, this period of change can be very stressful. Factors such as marital problems, empty nest (children leaving home) and loss of their reproductive abilities are all linked to women and menopause.

Postpartum Depression

Postpartum depression affects about ten percent of new mothers. Although this type of depression follows the birth of a baby it does not mean that the woman hates or does not want her child. This type of depression results from a hormonal imbalance.

Pregnancy Depression

Although pregnancy is normally a period of great joy, about ten percent (10%) of pregnant women experience prolong periods of great sadness. Although hormones are a factor in pregnancy depression it is not the lone cause.

Psychotic depression

Persons who suffer from psychotic depression report hearing voices, seeing things and people that no one else can. At this stage, the person needs immediate medical attention.

Reactive Depression

This type of depression is normally a reaction to some specific trigger. In many instances this type of depression is short-term.

Seasonal Depression

Also known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), seasonal depression is most common during the winter months when the days are darker. This is believed to be linked to lessening of sunlight leading to some people becoming sad. Most sufferers of SAD see their mood lighten and they become happier as spring arrives.

Severe Depression / Chronic Depression

This type of depression is also known as dysthymia.

Chronic depressions main feature is the fact that it lasts over a long period of time, from a few months to years. Persons who suffer from severe depression can appear to function normally for a long period of time although they tend to be perpetually sad.

Anxiety Attacks - Living a Normal Life

anxiety
If you think that living with anxiety is not really a very big deal, then you obviously know little about this extremely debilitating disease that plagues millions of people worldwide. Yes, anxiety is a disease of the human mind that can affect a persons day-to-day living in ways previously thought unimaginable.

Identifying Anxiety:

If you have a serious problem with an anxiety disorder, you may feel symptoms such as a rapid a rapid heart rate brought on by stressful thoughts. This fast heartbeat may cause you to feel dizzy, cold, or clammy. It may seven cause you to faint and lose consciousness. This is one extremely severe symptom of an anxiety disorder, and it is commonly known as a panic attack. If this happens to you, it is in your best interest to see a medical doctor as soon as possible.

Another symptom of an anxiety disorder is the in ability to feel comfortable around other people. This is known as Social Anxiety Disorder. Such a problem can cause a great deal of stress and panic for the person suffering from it. Dealing with friends, family, coworkers, and even strangers can become a seemingly impossible task. A person suffering from Social Anxiety Disorder may not feel comfortable enough around others to hold a normal conversation. He or she may panic when asked a question, or feel incredibly self-conscious when all eyes are on him or her. Eventually, someone with social anxiety disorder will try to hide from social gatherings at any cost. He or she will keep to himself or herself and come across to others as extremely introverted.

Anxiety has other ways of coming out and wreaking havoc on the human brain. Some people have an incredibly difficult time even getting out of the bed in the morning, all due to the fact that as soon as they open their eyes, all they can think about is the negative things the day might bring. This type of anxiety is typically aggravated and set off by an underlying problem in the persons life, such as a death of someone close, the dissolution of a romantic relationship or a marriage, or another devastating event. In these cases, the anxiety can become so overwhelming that the person will eventually lose the ability to properly function mentally.

Managing Anxiety:

Although anxiety can, in some cases, be almost impossible to live normally with, there are many steps that can be taken to control the disorder. A person suffering from anxiety can see a medical doctor known as a psychologist, who deals with treating anxiety. A psychologist can routinely monitor a patient with anxiety and suggest relaxation techniques. Sometimes simply having someone to talk to can better the situation. In certain cases of extreme anxiety, where the anxiety is too disruptive in the patients every day life, a patient can be prescribed anti-anxiety medication. This medication can help control anxiety and enable the patient to feel calm. Some popular anti-anxiety medications include Ativan, Lorazepam, Xanax, and Valium. Anyone dealing with anxiety should seek medical treatment as soon as possible. In this way, everyday life can become happy once again.

Depression and Alcohol Abuse - Is There an Alcohol and Depression Connection?

depression
Depression and alcohol abuse can definitely be related. Alcohol abuse can make a person feel more depressed since alcohol is a depressant substance. And conversely, a person can turn to alcohol to help them cope with the symptoms of depression. A kind of viscious cycle can occur because of depression and the way it makes a person feel.

The mental illness called depression causes the sufferer to feel intensely sad or perhaps worthless and alone. To cope with these feelings, many depressives resort to using alcohol, illegal drugs, tranquilizers and/or sleeping pills. The problem with these kinds of substances is that they often do more damage than good.

A question to raise is does depression and alcohol abuse happen because of depression, or does alcohol and depression happen because too much alcohol was consumed, making the depression worse? Does depression make the person abuse alcohol or does drinking excessive alcohol cause depression?

Almost forty percent of people who drink heavily will also have symptoms of depression. About five percent of men who are social drinkers suffer from depression but nearly ten percent of women who are social drinkers will be affected.

Alcohol can provide a form of benefit to those who suffer from depression, but alcohol consumption can work against them. Drinking alcohol in moderation can help a person feel better, perhaps forget their problems and make the world seem to be a better place to live. But a problem can be that instead of seeking professional help and taking prescribed antidepressant medications, a person attempts to self medicate with alcohol to alter their mood.

Depression and alcohol together can be a dangerous combination. The more alcohol a person drinks, the higher the risk of accidents, from motor vehicle accidents to slips and falls. Alcohol abusers account for about one third of domestic accidents, forty percent of fatal fires in their homes and over twenty percent of accidents at work. Persons with depression and alcohol abuse also often have a higher risk of *******.

Persons who drink a lot of alcohol will usually discover that continued drinking actually begins to depress their mood. Often, the person begins looking elsewhere for help such as using sleeping pills to help them get to sleep at night. And in the mornings, they take something else to help get them going. These kinds of substances can become addictive very quickly. The result is that instead of taking the appropriate medications to help with their depression, they are taking medicines that are not designed to help with their depression issues.

Alcohol combined with the wrong medications will not help the person suffering from depression and may make the condition worse. The person suffering from depression and alcohol abuse should realize that they really have no choice but to seek help from their health care provider.

Begin the process of finding answers to what is going on in the persons life. Depressive disorders tend to be rated as mild, moderate and severe. Most mental health professionals will evaluate the depressive illness based on what kind of symptoms the person has and how well the person can function in their every day life. If the person is having suicidal thoughts, they will be considered as having a severe depressive illness and urgently needs professional help and intervention.

The correct approach is to seek the help of a qualified health care provider to properly diagnose and treat the symptoms of depression with appropriate antidepressant medications. Psychotherapy may also be prescribed to deal with underlying mental health issues. Instead of allowing depression and alcohol to rule ones life, find professional help to learn how to manage and live with depression.

Symptoms of Anxiety - Physical and Mental

anxiety
Anxiety is a complicated thing. Anxiety can easily make an otherwise very happy and healthy person become quite the opposite. Depression and physical sickness can quickly set in as a result of anxiety. Let’s take a much more detailed look at anxiety and its physical and mental signs and symptoms.

Physical symptoms of anxiety:

Have you ever looked at a person and just knew immediately that they were suffering from some sort of anxiety? Perhaps he or she looked haggard, stressed, unhappy, or mentally exhausted. If you didn’t already know it — physically, anxiety can make you very ill. Anxiety over events in your life can cause ever illness from Irritable Bowel Syndrome to heat problems to the common cold. You can become physically ill from anxiety because it actually lowers your immune system’s ability to fight off infections or bacteria. Anxiety strains the heart, and can cause rapid or irregular heartbeat. Severe, recurring and untreated anxiety can ultimately lead to heart attack and stroke.

If you look at a person with severe anxiety, you may be able to see the wrinkles in his or her forehead, the seemingly permanent grimace on the face, and black circles under the eyes. Severe anxiety can also cause him or her to be over or under their normal weight. This is because anxiety often does one of the two things: causes binge eating (which is when a person frequently overeats to deal with stress) or under eating (which is when stress completely wipes out a person’s appetite and they are unable to gain any appetite).

There are other physical symptoms of anxiety that can be found in the manifestation of other mental illnesses. For example, in people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), severe anxiety can cause a flareup of highly obsessive behaviors. A person who is worried about something may obsessively repeat routines in order to alleviate the stress that they are under. Repetition is often a stress reducer for some with OCD. A chronically depressed person, on the other hand, may have a different reaction to anxiety. They may find it impossible to get out of bed in the morning, and therefore miss a great deal of time at work or school. You may notice that these people are physically absent from their usual activities.

Mental symptoms of anxiety:

Mental symptoms of anxiety are stressful to those who struggle with it. Those who suffer from extreme anxiety may find it nearly impossible to focus on anything except the thing that they are anxious or stressed over. It may seem that no matter what they try to focus on, their thoughts always come back to the same negative things. This can cause a highly depressed state in a person suffering from anxiety. It can also cause a person to have a mental breakdown and be unable to preform the day-to-day tasks that they usually do.

Mentally, anxiety can cause a person to become totally changed. Someone who once used to go out and be social with friends may now be a homebody, unwilling to talk much to others. Severe anxiety can cause mood swings, One minute a person an be content, and the next minute they can be completely unreasonable. Anxiety can cause a person to be unusually quite, distracted, and disorganized. The anxiety can be so overwhelming, that the person suffering from it may not want to explain it to others. In fact, it may seem almost impossible for the person suffering from it to even put it into words. Overall, anxiety is an extremely difficult thing for a person to deal with mentally and physically. If you are suffering from any of the above symptoms or have reason to believe that you are chronically stressed, it is in your best interest to seek the help of a mental health professional right away.

It can make getting though a simple day seem like the most difficult thing in the world. If you have any type of anxiety disorder, you know this to be true. What can be done for anxiety?
